Terms of Service

qwenstradamus ("the Service", "we", "us") fine-tunes a language model on a Twitter/X archive you provide and gives you a downloadable model and dataset to run on your own computer. By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

You sign in with X, upload your tweets, label some prompt→tweet examples, and pay a one-time fee to train and download a model (a GGUF file plus the training dataset and a LoRA adapter). The Service is for personal, lawful, and research use. We may add, change, or discontinue features at any time.

2. Your account

You sign in with X (Twitter). You are responsible for all activity under your account and for keeping access to it secure. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to use the Service.

3. Your content and rights

You may only upload an X archive (or tweets file) that is yours, or that you otherwise have the rights and consent to use. You retain ownership of your archive, your tweets, and the model and dataset produced for you. You grant us a limited license to process your data solely to operate and provide the Service to you. You are responsible for your use of the model you download.

4. Acceptable use

Do not use the Service to impersonate a person without their consent, to harass, defraud, deceive, or mislead, to violate anyone's rights, or to create or distribute unlawful content. A trained model imitates a writing style for entertainment and research; its outputs are AI-generated, are not statements by the person whose voice is imitated, and may be inaccurate, offensive, or fabricated. You are solely responsible for how you use the model and its outputs.

5. Payments, taxes, and refunds

Training is a one-time fee, charged per model and shown to you before you pay. Payments are processed through Stripe, which acts as the merchant of record and collects any applicable taxes on our behalf; your purchase is also subject to Stripe's terms. Because training begins immediately upon payment and produces a one-time digital deliverable, all sales are final and fees are non-refundable, except where required by law or where training fails to produce a usable model — in that case, contact us and we will retrain or refund the affected purchase.

6. Disclaimers

The Service and all outputs are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that a model will meet your expectations.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill. Our total liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, losses, and expenses arising from your content, your use of the Service or a downloaded model, or your violation of these Terms or of any law or third-party right.

9. Termination and changes

We may suspend or terminate access for accounts that violate these Terms or the law. We may update the Service or these Terms; we will update the date above, and continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The courts located in Texas will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute that is not otherwise resolved.
